We want you to be delighted with your purchase from the Royal Albert Hall Online Shop; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the return authorization code is clearly noted on the delivery note inside the parcel.

  Ship the Parcel

  Send your package using a tracked postal service to the return address provided by our team, keeping your proof of postage until the refund is processed.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
